Jennifer Beth Ingram is a Senior Associate at Munck Carter, practicing in the Litigation section, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial and intellectual property disputes. Ms. Ingram has represented businesses in a wide variety of industries, and has significant experience in all facets of litigation, including first and second chair trial experience in state and federal courts, as well as experience in arbitration proceedings, administrative proceedings, and appeals in both state and federal courts. Ms. Ingram's practice incorporates the variety of practice areas at the firm and the firm's commitment to a team-oriented approach to client representation.

Ms. Ingram graduated in three years from Texas Tech University, Summa Cum Laude, with Highest Honors, and as the Highest Ranking Graduate of the College of Arts and Sciences, obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in English in May 2000. Ms. Ingram also graduated early from law school, obtaining her Juris Doctor in December 2002 from The University of Texas School of Law. Ms. Ingram began her legal career practicing in her native South Texas for several years before moving to the Dallas market in 2006.

  • Obtained full defense verdict on behalf of large public hospital system in employment discrimination case. [Northern District of Texas, 2010]
  • Defending industry leader in air pollution control systems against claims of trade secret misappropriation and breach of contract, including obtaining denial of plaintiff's request for temporary injunction. [Harrison County/American Arbitration Association, 2009-present]
  • Prosecuted patent infringement suit regarding refrigerated vending machine technology and obtained favorable settlement on eve of trial. [Eastern District of Texas, 2009]
  • Obtained voluntary dismissal of trademark infringement case on behalf of large retailer involving toy motorcycles. [Northern District of Texas, 2006]
  • Obtained full defense verdict on behalf of large retailer in personal injury case involving operation of forklift. [Bexar County, 2006]
  • Obtained dismissal of all claims on behalf of large retailer in products liability case involving bicycle design. [Southern District of Texas, 2005]
  • Obtained full defense verdict on behalf of large oil and gas company in personal injury case involving an oil pump explosion. [Jim Wells County, 2005]
