Jeff McPhaul is an Associate at Munck Carter, practicing in the Corporate Transaction and Securities section.

Mr. McPhaul practices corporate and securities law, representing both public and private companies in matters such as public offerings and private placements of securities, venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, entity formation, corporate governance (including Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance), federal and state securities law compliance and general commercial transactions. He also has represented securities professionals in FINRA arbitrations and disciplinary proceedings, and provided counsel in connection with broker dealer registration and SEC, FINRA and Blue Sky compliance.
