James B. Hamilton is an Associate at Munck Carter and is a member of the Firm's Litigation section. Mr. Hamilton's practice includes primarily commercial litigation and large loss subrogation.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hamilton worked several years for Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies in the transportation and logistics sector. He also served as a licensed cargo and navigation officer aboard supertankers and other commercial vessels, trading in both domestic and international waters.
