Wallace Dunwoody is an Associate at Munck Carter and a member of the firm's Litigation section.
Mr. Dunwoody has represented clients in a broad range of civil disputes, including banking, construction, directors and officers, fraud, deceptive trade practices, health care, hospitality, insurance coverage, intellectual property, real estate, and securities matters.
Before joining Munck Carter, Mr. Dunwoody worked for a commercial real estate development company, where he was responsible for all aspects of the company's legal affairs, ranging from general corporate matters, to land acquisitions and dispositions, contract negotiations, and litigation management.
