Ryan Hudson is an Associate at Munck Carter, and is a member of the Firm's Litigation section. His practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation, and he has broad experience litigating intellectual property and business disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, contracts, unfair competition, fraud, and other related causes of action in Texas and across the United States.  In 2009, Mr. Hudson was elected a Fellow of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.

Mr. Hudson graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Kansas School of Law, where he was a member of the Kansas Law Review and co-champion of the KU Law School Moot Court Competition. Upon graduation, he was a law clerk for then-Chief Judge John W. Lungstrum of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas in Kansas City. Before joining Munck Carter, he worked for two years at Haynes and Boone, LLP in Dallas.
