Ryan M.T. Allen is an Associate at Munck Carter, where he focuses his practice on the effective resolution of legal disputes in commercial and intellectual property matters. He represents clients in both the prosecution and defense of a wide range of issues in State and Federal courts, including contract disputes, business related torts, deceptive trade practices, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, conversion, civil conspiracy, misrepresentation, breach of warranty, declaratory judgment, employment disputes, partnership disputes and negligence.
