Mark Moran is a Shareholder at Munck Carter, and is a member of the Firm's Litigation section.

Mr. Moran has 14 years experience in all aspects of litigation, including trials, arbitration, mediation and appeals. Mr. Moran focuses his practice exclusively on litigation, representing a wide range of clients. He has experience with matters relating to, among other things, intellectual property/patents, litigation, commercial contracts, catastrophic property losses/subrogation, construction disputes, product liability and business torts.

In addition to Texas, Mr. Moran has handled litigation matters throughout the country, including multi-million dollar disputes, in states such as New York, Connecticut, Utah, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Colorado, Louisiana, Ohio, Florida, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, Virginia, to name a few.

Representative Experience:

• Represents corporate client in multi-million dollar dispute arising out of roof collapse in gulf coast area.
• Represented developer and insurer in multi-million dollar construction defect lawsuit involving development of a number of retirement communities in New England.
• Successfully represented corporate client in multi-million dollar loss in New York arising out of improper storage of chemicals.
• Successfully represented several parties in multi-million dollar explosion in Houston area against fiber optic drilling contractor.
• Prosecuted and defended major automotive manufacturers in several products liability lawsuits.
